Some of Dallas' best Italian, Barsotti's (formerly Carbone's) is a family-owned establishment from Julian Barsotti's restaurant group. When Carbone NYC came to Dallas, Barsotti's was up for a new name, identity, and website to match.
Branding
They requested to develop both a new script and blackletter while maintaining the same character of Carbone's heritage mark. I revised the color system to better reflect their new interiors then expanded the wordmark, script, and icon system to give Barsotti's a little more leg to stand on with their new name rolling out.
